ROLL CALL WEBINAR WITH RETIRED MAJOR STEPHEN CAMPBELL

Stephen Campbell writes all POOL/PACT law enforcement policies and is the primary presenter in this series. Steve began his law enforcement career with the Providence Rhode Island Police Department which employs 500 sworn officers and retired after 28 years at the rank of Major, Chief of Detectives. He has conducted over 115 homicide investigations, dozens of suicides, accidental and natural causes death, and detention facility investigations.

Steve has been a Law Enforcement Trainer and Consultant with the Legal and Liability Risk Management Institute for thirteen years. He is the Director of Policy Development and Agency Auditing.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice from Roger Williams University, Bristol RI and a Master of Science Degree in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University, Newport RI.
