This interactive one-day workshop equips HR professionals and supervisors in local government (non-law enforcement) with the skills to conduct thorough, legally defensible workplace investigations. Participants
will take on the role of an investigator in a fictional case study, learning best practices for handling complaints, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and documenting findings.
In this course, participants will learn to:

• Conduct objective interviews and assess witness credibility.
