This will be a special training-only session focused on education and best practices. No board business will be discussed, no deliberation will occur on any pending matters, and no action will be taken.

The training will cover:

• Overview of Nevada’s Open Meeting Law and recent updates,

• Board member ethical duties, conflicts of interest, disclosure requirements and governance,

• Practical guidance on agendas, public comment, minutes, and avoiding inadvertent OML violations.

Your participation is strongly encouraged so that we all can continue to conduct o cial business in a manner that is transparent, lawful, and consistent with best governance practices.

Lunch will be provided by POOL/PACT for all in-person attendees.
