Participants will learn how to prepare for an interview session, the types of questions they can and cannot ask, various rating forms that should be used, and rater errors to be avoided. This course has been designed especially for those in positions responsible for interviewing and hiring. Participants will:
• Utilize the six steps in preparing for an interview.
• Review prohibited interview topics.
• Write open-ended interview questions.
• Prepare a rating form.
