Every organization has a culture of ethical behavior, some good, some bad. Fostering a culture of
unethical behavior, even unintentionally, can have negative effects on the workplace.
In this course, participants will:
- Describe an ethical workplace and discuss common misconceptions about workplace ethics.
- Identify and resolve typical ethical dilemmas.
- Understand their organization’s ethics/code of conduct policy.
- Discuss the provisions of Nevada ethics law as it pertains to their job and workplace.
