Registration now open! The 2026 POOL/PACT HR Leadership Conference will take place October 21–22, 2026, at the Atlantis Casino Resort in Reno.

This annual event brings together Nevada public-sector HR professionals and leaders for two days of learning, connection, and practical conversation around employment law, HR best practices, and leadership in the public sector. This year’s theme, Human First: HR Beyond the Algorithm, keeps the focus on people, highlighting empathy, sound judgment, and human connection in today’s evolving workplace. We hope to see you in Reno!
