All sessions will take place on the 2nd floor conference rooms at Tahoe Blue Event Center. See the map below. Scroll down further for parking information.

Keynotes and general sessions will take place in Cobalt / Lapis / Saphire.

The main breakout rooms will include Azure and Turqoise, on either side of the general session room. Some roundtable sessions will also take place in the Balcony Meeting Room and Edgewood Tower Room. Exact locations of each session will be listed in the printed event program and posted on signs at the event.

Lunch will take place in the East / West club area on opposite side of the building.

Where to Park

Hotel Guests: If you’re staying overnight at Bally’s, you’ll have access to Bally’s parking garage included with your hotel stay.

Day Visitors: Not staying overnight? You have two choices:

1. Bally’s Parking Garage: Paid parking is available at Bally’s garage for day-visitors. 
2. Limited Free Parking: Park at the former bank building across the street, generously donated for our use by Tahoe Douglas Fire. Please be safe and use the crosswalk when crossing the road.
