Renée Mayne is an independent, neutral labor and employment arbitrator and mediator, based in the Sierra Foothills. She is also an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University, where she teaches human resources, labor relations, and conflict resolution.

From 1986 to 2016, Renée Mayne worked in leadership and executive positions in labor relations and human resources. She worked on the union side for nine years and 21 years on behalf of management; she was a chief labor negotiator for 30 years. During her career, she held national and state certifications as an expert in human resources.

Renée Mayne is an inactive licensed investigator in the state of California, and she formerly specialized in workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment, and ethics complaints in the public and private sectors.

Renée Mayne earned her Master of Arts degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from California State University Dominguez Hills, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management and Economics with an emphasis in Labor Relations from the State University of New York Empire State College.
