Morgan Massie is an award-winning leadership development executive, international best-selling author, and TEDx speaker. She is the co-author of The Five Coaching Conversations, a best-selling

As CEO of Leadership and Training Concierge, Morgan specializes in helping public, nonprofit, and private sector organizations strengthen leadership, foster innovation, and drive sustainable performance.

With over 20 years of experience and certifications in coaching, resilience, and behavioral assessments — including 360 feedback, DiSC, StrengthsFinder 2.0, Predictive Index, and others — Morgan is known for her practical, engaging style that equips leaders with tools they can immediately apply to create positive impact. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Business Management with a specialization in Leadership. Morgan lives in Reno, Nevada, with her husband and two children, and is passionate about helping others grow, connect, and lead with confidence.
