Ashley Creel joined Pooling Resources, Inc. in July 2018 and currently serves as Training Manager and HR Business Partner. In this dual role, she helps POOL/PACT members navigate complex HR issues such as employee relations, recruitment, compensation, policy development, compliance, and performance management, while also leading the design and delivery of innovative training programs. Ashley consults with members to assess needs, develops and updates facilitator-led and online courses, and ensures training incorporates adult learning principles and measurable outcomes. She began her HR career at Mont Bleu Casino Resort and went on to spend nine years at Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe, holding positions including HRIS Specialist and HR Manager. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a specialty in Secondary Education from the University of Nevada, Reno, and she holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
