Rhonda Roberts is an experienced HR leader with over a decade at Ascension, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit healthcare systems. 

Peter Ronza, SPHR, CCP, is President of Pontifex Consulting Group and an adjunct professor at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, where he teaches in both graduate and undergraduate programs in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
