Member Resources

A core philosophy at POOL/PACT is that sound risk management practices can reduce the frequency and severity of claims. We are committed to helping our members manage their losses and we offer a variety of resources—including publications, webinars, and online courses--to help you do so.

As a member driven organization, the services offered are developed by and tailored specifically to the needs of you, the member.
In addition, we have developed a suite of risk management tools to help you reduce your liability exposures. These include a risk management grant, the Loss Control Excellence Program, risk advisory services, employment related consulting, model policies and specimen forms, vendor referrals and discounts.  Our primary training objective is to develop excellent managers and supervisors.  If we accomplish this, the necessary result will be productive and engaged employees.  The combination of attaining these two objectives, is the delivery of excellence in public service.  Which ultimately, is our common goal.
