Number of Years Working With POOL/PACT? Leadership And Related Positions Held With POOL/PACT?
As a Principal 4 years, as Assistant Superintendent 2 years and as Superintendent 2 years.
Why You Believe That Serving In This Position Is Important:
A leader can drive important change. Lincoln County School District has always performed well but needs to continually look at what is needed for students. We need to be looking at what the next ten years look like and grow to be the best for those students. I believe in continual improvement and mentoring the needs of staff for that improvement.
Top Three Reasons You Believe That Membership In POOL/PACT Is Helpful To Your Entity:
The professionalism and knowledge base of the employees in areas of need for a small school district with limited staff and resources is exceptional. If they do not know an answer to a question, they assist in finding the answers and possible solutions.
The programs and services offered for a small district assist in areas where we have need and help us to run more smoothly and efficiently.
The training opportunities for district level and school level administrators are exceptional and helps all understand the legalities at all levels. The trainings not only give procedural guides but also hands on examples and tips to ensure all are informed and current.
