Nevada Supreme Court Clarifies Rules for Investigating Peace Officers 1-9-25

On January 9, 2025, The Nevada Supreme Court granted summary judgment in the case City of Las Vegas v. Las Vegas Police Protection Association, Jonathon Burdette, and John Arvanites (Case no. 86089), providing important clarification on conducting investigations under NRS Chapter 289.
