Public Service Recognition Week felt like a good reason to stop and say something we mean every time we work with you: thank you.

The work you do for your communities doesn't always get the recognition it deserves. A lot of it happens behind the scenes: navigating tough personnel decisions, supporting employees through hard moments, keeping things running when the rules don't quite fit the situation. It's not glamorous work, but it's important work, and we see that every time we get to be in the room with you.

At POOL/PACT HR, we exist to support local government across Nevada, and honestly, we feel lucky to do it. You're the ones on the ground. We're just here to help make your job a little easier, whether that's talking through a tricky situation, thinking through policy, or simply being a sounding board when you need one.

We know HR in the public sector isn't for the faint of heart. Thank you for sticking with it, for your communities, your employees, and each other.
