The 81^st session of the Nevada Legislature began this week on February 1, 2021, and will end on May 31, 2021. As during previous sessions, POOL/PACT Human Resources will be tracking and summarizing bills that may be relevant to our members’ employment policies and practices. An updated list of the bills we are tracking will be posted to the POOL/PACT website at the beginning of each week.

Please log-in into the POOL/PACT HR’s website at www.poolpact.com. Once you log-in to the website:

1. Choose the “HR Resource Library” under the Resource Libraries tab at the top of the page.
2. To the top left of this page you will see “Legislative Tracking” under the Topics tab.
3. Click on “Legislative Tracking” scroll down to view the current Legislative Tracking.

In addition, a comprehensive guide summarizing approved HR-related legislation will be distributed to members and posted on our website by the end of June.
