Nevada OSHA has released, "Updated COVID-19 Guidance for Nevada Businesses" which supersedes previous Nevada OSHA COVID-19 guidance released on January 14, 2022, and January 25, 2022.

The guidance provides updates regarding the federal OSHA COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, COVID-19 Healthcare Emergency Temporary Standard, face covering requirements, and other information about Nevada OSHA’s responsibilities to enforce the Governor’s Directives including Directive #052.
