October is National Cybersecurity Month, and to bring awareness to the topic and celebrate, POOL/PACT and KNOWBe4 present ‘KnowBe4 Cybersecurity Awareness Training Month’.

HOW IT WORKS: Each week, four new activities will be assigned to your employees automatically for a span four weeks. Ideally the first course is assigned the first week of October to coincide with Cybersecurity Month. The activities are SHORT, between 2 and five minutes in length with the exception of two activities being 15 minutes long each.

Direct-Enroll 

Step One: Locate the 'POOL/PACT - Cybersecurity Month 2022 - Week 1' course by browsing or searching for it on the Courses page in Absorb. 

Step Two: Click the blue Enroll Users button on the far right, and select the employees you'd like to participate in the program. The rest is automatic! Each week they will be assigned new activities as outlined below. You don't need to enroll your employees into Week 2, Week 3, etc, it will happen automatically. 

Curriculum

If you'd like to use Department Rules in Absorb to assign the cybersecurity program site-wide to everyone, then you'll need to create your own curriculum, and insert the 'POOL/PACT - Cybersecurity Month 2022 - Week 1'  as a course inside the curriculum.
 

Step One: 

In the courses section on the Add Curriculum page, click the blue 'Add Courses' link and locate the 'POOL/PACT - Cybersecurity Month 2022 - Week 1' and select it, inserting it in your curriculum. 

Step Two:

Activate the 'Completion' area on your curriculum by clicking the section icon at the top of the Add Curriculum page so it appears, then scroll down to the Post Enrollments section, and copy the following settings: 

This will ensure they will be enrolled in the 'Week 2' 7 days from the point you activate your curriculum. 

Step Three: Finish the rest of your settings, set up your enrollment rule to enroll your entire org or specific departments, then click Publish! The rest is automatic. 
 

The Program
