The 82nd session of the Nevada Legislature began today, February 6, 2023, and will end on June 5, 2023. As during previous sessions, POOL/PACT Human Resources will be tracking and summarizing bills that may be relevant to our members’ employment policies and practices. An updated list of the bills we are tracking will be posted to the POOL/PACT website at the beginning of each week.

Please log in to POOL/PACT HR’s website at www.poolpact.com. Once you log in to the website:

1. Choose the “HR Resource Library” under the Resource Libraries tab at the top of the page.

2. Click on “2023” under “Legislative Tracking” to view the update entitled, “2023 HR-Related Legislative Tracking as of [insert today’s date].”

In addition, a comprehensive guide summarizing approved HR-related legislation will be distributed to members and posted on our website by the end of June.
