MPORTANT: POOL/PACT HR Annual Sample Policy Updates Released

Our annual sample personnel policy updates are ready for adoption!   Sample personnel policies and their associated summary of revisions are located on our website at www.poolpact.com in the HR Resource Library under Personnel Policies.  Available policies include:

• Sample Color-Coded Personnel Policies
• Sample Nevada School District Personnel Policies and Administrative Regulations
• Sample Vehicle Operators Drug and Alcohol Policy

The Sample Color-Coded Personnel Policies may be adopted by all non-school POOL/PACT members regardless of size.  The attached summary of revisions provides details about these policies and updates, as well as information on how the color-coded version will better assist employers in ensuring their personnel policies are comprehensive and reduce issues with formatting.  In addition, we have created an online tutorial, “Adopting POOL/PACT HR’s Color-Coded Sample Personnel Policies” to further assist Members in adopting and implementing the policies.
